Stefano Romanazzi was born in Alberobello (BA) on January 19, 1963.

• After completing his primary education in Italy, in 1977, at the age of 14, he left for the LE ROSEY Institute in Rolle, Switzerland, where he completed his education, earning a Baccalaureate degree in Economics from the Grenoble Scholastic Academy in 1982.

• Although he enrolled at the University of Paris XIII, majoring in Law, he soon began his career in the French capital, completing a long internship at FIAT FRANCE, dealing with issues related to the Treasury and Finance Department. After a very brief experience in direct vehicle sales, he moved to IVECO, where he held specific roles in Marketing and Advertising, before finally landing a job at a branch of the car manufacturer, where he worked as a laborer.

• In 1984, having been called back by his father, he had to leave his IVECO job. Since then, he has been working in the family business, overseeing all aspects of its operations.

• During the same period, for two consecutive terms, he served as a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Group within the Bari Industrialists' Association, (Confindustria). He held this position for a third term in the early 1990s, having established the International Relations Commission within the group.

• In 1987, he expanded his professional experience by entering the publishing sector, already a family business, having created SEDIT s.r.l. in partnership with another young entrepreneur in the sector, a company dedicated to producing the televised editions of the daily newspapers CORRIERE DELLA SERA and GAZZETTA DELLO SPORT in Bari.

• In 1991, with the EXEQUATUR formula, he became Honorary Consul of France in Bari, a position he has held since 2021 for the whole of Puglia.

• In 1992, he was elected President of C.S.A.In. Puglia, an organization linked to Confindustria for the development of sport. During the same period, he held consulting positions at EDISUD, publisher of the newspaper LA GAZZETTA DEL MEZZOGIORNO.

• He oversaw the family group's business activities, also managing several major real estate units, including the Hotel Oriente in Bari.

• Since 1995, however, he has been primarily involved with ICAI, the IVECO dealership in Bari, of which he is President.

• In addition to Italian, he speaks fluent French, English, and Spanish.

• In 2002, he was awarded the Knighthood of the Ordre National du Mérite by decree of the President of the French Republic for services rendered to the country.

• He was a founder and player of the ROOSTERS, the first American football team in Bari (1985–1990), and was president and player of the WHITE HAWKS of Giovinazzo, one of the strongest Italian inline hockey teams (1996–2002), He has been twice (1991 and 1992) member in a powerboat team participating to the Venezia - Montecarlo speedboat race.

• From 2010 to 2015, he managed a hotel in Giovinazzo (BA), as well as having interests in the metalworking sector, having been a key shareholder of the BTS company, which operated in the maintenance of passenger vehicles.

• Currently, his business activity is mainly focused on real estate, aimed at managing family properties.
