Alexandra Hernandez is an international strategist working at the intersection of economic development, leadership, and global communications. Originally from Barcelona, Spain, she attended Institut Le Rosey from 1995 to 2004 before completing her degree and Master’s in Law and Economics.
She specialises in producing strategic economic and investment reports that position countries on the global stage, published as special features in leading international media including USA Today, Foreign Policy, The Daily Telegraph, and Die Welt. Through this work, she has conducted in-depth interviews with Presidents, Ministers, and CEOs worldwide, offering a unique perspective on geopolitical trends, economic transformation, and leadership at the highest level.
Having lived and worked in over 30 countries across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Europe, Alexandra brings a nuanced understanding of global dynamics and cross-cultural contexts.
In parallel, she collaborates with governments and institutions on leadership and decision-making processes grounded in ethics, reflection, and long-term responsibility. Her work focuses on supporting leaders to navigate complexity with clarity, depth, and a more integrated perspective.
She is fluent in French, English, Catalan, Spanish, and Italian. Outside of her professional work, Alexandra enjoys sports, nature, and experiences that foster perspective and connection.
