About Suki
Sukaiyna Gokal is a British-national educator, author and social entrepreneur who founded Garden of Ayden in 2012. Influenced by her studies in psychology and by a wide range of cultural and spiritual teachings, she combines formal professional training, including diplomas in CBT, family counselling, hypnotherapy, NLP (Master Practitioner), Theta Healing and Certified Gene Keys Guide with many years of luxury-brand experience and international living. Her approach is quietly practical and deeply human: she designs programmes that help families, educators and organisations navigate life’s challenges with more dignity, compassion and clarity.
Her work is rooted in the philosophy of The Human Touch and Scintilla, the inner spark within each person and spans published curricula, live facilitation, professional training and one-to-one practice. Sukaiyna is the author of The Human Touch (an international bestseller in five countries) and the creator of flagship programmes such as Enter the Garden and Looking at the ‘I’ with a Deeper Eye. To date she has delivered over 9,400 sessions (16,200+ hours), developed multilingual course delivery in more than 28 languages, and built measurable impact frameworks used by schools, NGOs and private clients.
A seasoned cross-cultural negotiator and former luxury-brand leader, Sukaiyna has travelled, worked and lived in Geneva, London, Paris, Tehran, Hong Kong and Dubai and is fluent in multiple languages. She believes in “humanity first” and that authentic luxury lies in the education of the inner life. Through Garden of Ayden she seeks to cultivate a gentle, global common language of ethics — one that honours resilience, fosters peace and empowers future generations to live with purpose, care and prosperity.

Over the past 12 years, I have served as the AIAR Country Representative for the UAE and as ABN Administrator for the Personal Development group, during which I have hosted more than 40 community-focused events and dialogues. These engagements have allowed me to remain deeply attuned to the needs and rhythm of our global membership. Together with a capable and committed Committee, I am prepared to uphold the duties of the AIAR with integrity, efficiency, and respect.
