Duncan Spath is a professional sailor and all-round sportsman, while also building a parallel path in project work focused on ESG and risk management. He is committed to environmental sustainability and seeks practical, innovative solutions.

He has a strong interest in ESG approaches within business and finance, supported by training in sustainability management. In addition, he is developing expertise in risk management for project-development contexts, including construction and real estate projects, ensuring initiatives are both resilient and strategically grounded.

Inspired by his family’s long sailing tradition and his own love of the ocean, Duncan joined the Sails of Change sailing team, with whom he has competed in offshore races and broken sailing records. As part of the crew on the team’s latest-generation TF35 flying catamaran, he achieved multiple podium finishes in the TF35 Trophy.
