How will we achieve this?

By fostering open communication, where all members are welcomed and encouraged to share their ideas and concerns. We will listen, reflect, and respond.

By streamlining the organisation of AIAR reunions and making it easier for class and country representatives to lead.

By ensuring trips, dinners, and events are clearly announced, thoughtfully planned, and accessible to more members.
