My Story

Rebeca Leite is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Mobs2, a company redefining behavioral intelligence through artificial intelligence and real-world data. Mobs2 is a transport-focused scalable SaaS solution that enhances vehicle and driver performance, safety and sustainability.

Her work is rooted in a conviction that AI should not replace human decision-making, but rather augment it—turning data into action and action into measurable results.

With a background deeply connected to innovation, data science and strategic scaling, Rebeca is recognized for her ability to translate complex technology into accessible, impactful business solutions.

She blends a long-term vision with execution discipline, while fostering a culture of excellence, creativity and high performance.

Her leadership approach reflects the belief that true innovation occurs where business intelligence meets human behavior.

Rebeca has been married for 15 years to Raphael, who is also her business partner at Mobs2.

She credits much of her resilience and strategic clarity to her role as a mother to Maria (10) and Katharina (7), whom she cites as her greatest inspiration and drivers of legacy.
