About Nihat
Nihat Tanfer is a Board Member of Tanfer Group. He is the founder and President of Inovaktif IT Systems Inc. He is a board member of LCB worldwide where he serves as CFO. He is the founder of Dawnbright Games Studio, T-Force Academy and Sinecera Production Studio. Starting in disinfection importing, since 2004 he helped the company grow into a major disinfectant brand in Turkey with his brother.
In 2008 he created Inovaktif, a software company. The company created several successful software as a service brands locally and internationally, the most recent being the only Facebook Marketing Partner in Turkey which was sold to a venture capital in 2019. He leads the company to date and continues to create new software such as the powerbank rental system Åžarz he created, he sold another SaaS IP to Vodafone during this time.

In 2018 with another family business branch expanding into Africa, he became the CFO of LCB Worldwide’s Africa operations, a Biosecurity company with international government contracts, where the company operates in Ghana. The company’s operations with contracts from respective governments help countries reach International Health Regulations set by WHO by biologically securing all border crossings. Nihat continues to serve as a board member in LCB Worldwide.
In 2024 he fulfilled a long time dream and created his own gaming studio Dawnbright where they create mobile and PC games. The company launched its first game summer of 2025 and is expanding into creating new IPs.
In 2025, Nihat and his brother co-founded T-Force sports academy, opened their first branch in Istanbul and are expanding nationally to enable frictionless PT and customer matching through physical venue and an app. In 2025 he invested and co-founded AI supported new age production studio Sinecera and turned it into a successful cash flow positive national brand in only one quarter. Sinecera continues to scale in advertising and is starting the production of their first AI assisted TV series.
An early adopter of technology, Nihat wrote his first software at the age of 12. He Started out in the French Consulate School in Istanbul from the age of 3 until he was 13. In 1994 he transferred to the boarding school of Le Rosey in Switzerland where he studied for 5 years and graduated. Being accepted into Purdue Engineering he moved to Indiana and graduated from Purdue in 2003. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Italian and Turkish. Nihat is a father of two boys, an active tech speaker, an avid chess player and a car enthusiast.
