Sepehr Zhaeleh is an international business executive and entrepreneur with a career spanning Europe and the Middle East. He oversees global operations for his family’s FMCG group, a leading organisation employing over 20,000 people worldwide, driving the expansion of Shirin Asal in the UAE and serving as General Manager of IKAD Europe GmbH in Germany. His work focuses on strategy, supply chain, and commercial growth across multiple markets.

Originally from Iran, Sepehr attended Institut Le Rosey from 2012–2016 before earning his Bachelor in Management from ESCP Europe, studying in London, Torino, and Berlin. He lived in Berlin from 2018 until 2024, then relocated to Dubai, where he continues to lead international projects. He is also completing his MBA at Imperial College London with a focus on strategy and private equity.

Sepehr speaks English, Persian, Azeri, Turkish, French, and German, and has lived, studied, and worked across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia — experiences that shape his global outlook and leadership style.

Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, travel, cars, watches, and exploring new ideas in the food and beverage space.
